Course Description:
Applying the appropriate housing policy to the different class of animals can be confusing. In this course, you will learn how to define and categorize service animals, support animals, and pets. We will take a look at how to establish a baseline for authorized animals, including restrictions on the breed and size of animal. Finally, we examine the reasonable requirements that PHA’s can include on policies that involve assistance animals and pets. Duration: 20 Minutes.
