This comprehensive certification course provides housing professionals with the knowledge and expertise needed to administer housing properties proficiently in the state of Connecticut.
Whether you are new to housing or a seasoned professional, learn the latest Connecticut state laws, regulations, and requirements for administering eligibility, occupancy, and rent calculation; personnel and HR actions; landlord-tenant law; maintenance and modernization; advocacy and development; and financial accounting principles needed to successfully manage your agency.

This is a self-paced training, requiring approximately 34 Hours to complete including learning exercises, study, and exam time.

Exam: 
Passing score of 70% is required to attain certification.  Up to 3-Attempts are included.
